What You'll Do :

- Ensure high-quality code and system designs, leveraging the latest development practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and effective results.

What We're Looking For :

Technical Skills :

1. Core Expertise :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development and relational databases like MySQL.

- Strong knowledge of scalable architectures and designing solutions for high-availability systems.

- Proficiency in modern tools and frameworks, including non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

2. Latest Technologies :

- Exposure to microservices architecture and experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Professional Experience :

- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering large-scale projects with measurable impact.

- Experience in product-based organizations is essential; start-up and e-commerce experience is highly desirable.

- Exposure to supply chain-related technology development is a plus.
