About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AD Decision Science professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data analysis tools, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

This role is pivotal in supporting business decisions through data analysis, modeling, and visualization, using advanced techniques in Excel, MySQL, and R, along with business intelligence tools like Power BI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources (internal and external) to extract meaningful insights.

- Interpret data trends and present findings in a way that supports business decisions and strategies.

- Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights to key stakeholders.

- Utilize advanced Excel functions (such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Power Query) for complex data analysis and financial modeling.

- Build interactive and detailed models to forecast business trends, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.

- Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate data insights, key findings, and strategic recommendations.

- Tailor presentations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and technical teams.

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to highlight areas for business improvement.

- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.

- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

- Propose and implement data-driven solutions that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand business needs.

- Translate business needs into data-driven recommendations and support team efforts by providing insights to inform decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Google Spreadsheets, databases, and other data management platforms.

- Regularly update data sources and reports to ensure timely, actionable insights for decision-makers.

- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

- Provide regular reports and insights based on KPI trends to support strategic planning and operational adjustments.

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer urgent business questions and support special projects.

- Deliver insights quickly and accurately, ensuring that the analysis is aligned with business needs and decision-making processes.

- Document methodologies, processes, and analytical findings clearly and concisely.

- Prepare reports with recommendations for business leaders and external stakeholders.

- Maintain clear records of ongoing data analysis, ensuring that documentation is accessible and organized.

- Expertise in querying and analyzing complex databases using MySQL.

- In-depth knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and data analysis tools.

- Proficient in R programming language for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modeling.

- Experience in developing interactive visualizations, dashboards, and business intelligence reports using Power BI.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and large-scale data storage solutions.

- Experience with web analytics tools and techniques to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.

- Experience in analyzing customer behavior, marketing campaigns, and sales data using CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
