Job Description: Sales Trainer
Location: Gurgaon, NCR

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training Program Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and communication skills.
- Develop customized training modules for specific business needs, such as consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Create interactive, multimedia training materials to enhance engagement and learning.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
- Identify training needs through performance data, feedback from sales managers, and consultation with stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend targeted training solutions to address skill deficits.
Induction & Onboarding:
- Plan and execute induction programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to succeed.
- Provide ongoing support to new employees during their initial ramp-up period.
Performance Management & Improvement:
- Use performance management tools to evaluate training effectiveness and sales productivity.
- Regularly assess training outcomes through post-training evaluations and on-the-job performance reviews.
- Adapt training strategies to drive continuous improvement and align with organizational objectives.
Innovative Learning Methods:
- Leverage innovative training techniques, including role-playing, simulations, and gamification, to improve engagement and retention.
- Incorporate digital tools and platforms to enable scalable and flexible learning solutions.
Collaboration & Process Enhancement:
- Partner with sales leaders and other departments to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Actively contribute ideas for improving sales processes and operational workflows.
Ongoing Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in sales training, learning methodologies, and market insights.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to reinforce key concepts and address evolving needs.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in a fast-paced or product-focused organization.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Expertise in evaluating training effectiveness and adapting strategies to meet performance goals.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills to inspire confidence and drive results.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
