Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled PHP developers.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

- Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and MySQL.

- Implement microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) including sprint planning, daily

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel framework.

- Proficiency in MySQL database design and development.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API design principles.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
