Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with the companys overall objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team across the region, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Foster a performance-driven sales culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high productivity.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Organize and lead regional sales meetings to review team performance, share best practices, and motivate the team.
Sales Execution & Growth:
Identify and pursue key opportunities for growth within the region.
Drive the acquisition of new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring the team follows the sales process, manages leads, and closes deals effectively.
Ensure that regional sales targets and quotas are consistently met or exceeded.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and industry influencers.
Handle high-value or complex sales negotiations and close deals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to service delivery.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge in [specify relevant products/industry, e.g., machinery, software, industrial equipment]. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
