Job Description €“ COP Mobiliser
Initially incumbent would be Oriented at COP and HR Departments at SCEH Delhi then the person would be given independent responsibilities as follows: -

1. COP - Recruitment and assessment

To assist Senior Manager – COP Program in formulation and Implementation of certified Ophthalmic Paramedics “Recruitment Cell” and carry out following functions

1. To prepare a list and do networking with Schools of nearby regions of concerned secondary center and vision centers, Local NGO’s, ASHAs / Aanganwadis and other stakeholders in consultation with COP and Community Department.
2. To ensure that candidates are identified as desired based on manpower planning for VC’s and hospital from the specific region only in every batch as per the set frequency.
3. To work closely with COP Coordinator and HR point of contact to ensure that regular intakes are done so that COP career path strategy is implemented without lapse.
4. Prepare MIS as per the approved format and share with concerned on monthly basis which also raises the issues in implementation of the recruitment plan and probable / proposed solutions

1. Recruitment and coordination and facilitating responsibilities
2. Conduct community mapping and profiling exercise to identify key stakeholders & partner schools.
3. Design and Facilitate the stakeholder engagement activities in line with the findings of the above exercise.
4. Organise events/Session/workshop for communities with parents, youth groups to mobilize youth & adolescents to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs.
5. Create Youth and adolescents and Schools pipeline and data base ready for the program to achieve the goal smoothly with help of alumni and Change Leaders and Stakeholders and Mobilization of youth and adolescents to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the program.
6. Ensure that all pre and post joining formalities are done through HR Software
7. To assist Sr. Manager – COP in other initiative’s as and when assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Master of Social Work (preferably) or Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences
Years of Experience: With minimum of 1 year experience in the community work or preferably with Youth or Adolescents.
