Consultant Community Mobilizer

Role & responsibilities

1. Work in co-ordination with the Consultant - District Coordinator and other consultants in the district to implement the CRY Covid R&R District Programme plan as agreed.

2. Conduct home visits, facility/service centers visits and organize small group meetings to build capacities to address child rights issues and also address specific cases of child rights violations.

3. Generate awareness on health and Covid protection measures.

4. Disseminate information on different government schemes/ programmes and facilitate linkages for children and families.

5. Engage with government bodies including Panchayati Raj Institutions, SMC, VLCPC and others to ensure functioning and to build their capacities.

6. Undertake Surveys, assessments and studies in co-ordination with the coordinator.

7. Document success stories, impact stories and programme challenges.

8. Maintain MIS of the programme as per the District plan and submit Monthly and Quarterly Progress Report by 25th of every month.

9. Maintain Attendance Sheet / Daily Activity Log and submission the same to Consultant District Coordinator by 25th of every month.

10. Any other work assigned by CRY Programme Manager in the fulfilment of the required deliverables.
