Designation of the Employee: - Team Leader Accounts and Stores

(A) Accounts and Finance related

1. To prepare a DLR as per the format
2. To tally cash receipts on daily basis on EMR or otherwise and deposit the same in banks as per norms after entering in Tally
3. To maintain a daily receipts and payments (Cash Book) to agencies and individuals
4. To operate cost centres on tally in coordination with central finance
5. To do effective patty cash management to avoid cash out situation
6. To do periodic reconciliation of bank accounts as per central finance requirements
7. Help in effective preparation of annual audit cycle
8. To ensure that all financial transactions are carried out as per the authority norms issued by central finance
9. To maintain the local fixed assets, register and to maintain in ward and out ward entry in the system
10. To raise / enter necessary details for invoices for DBCS, AB , TPA’s ,Projects etc
11. Any other assignment as directed by seniors

(B) Stores and material management related

1. Coordinating with Internal stakeholders for demand planning
2. Ensure minimal stock outs
3. Follow BOM for materials issue
4. MIS and reporting at regular intervals
5. Ensure proper stores keep up
6. Physical verification of inventory and see reasons for variations
7. Proper entry of receipts & issues in system tally and fixed assets register
8. Any other assignment as directed by seniors
