Role & responsibilities

Compliance Management -

1. S&E and CLRA Registration, Renewal and amendment

3. Liasoning with department

4. Filling Return under various act (Minimum wages , payment of wages , gratuity , bonus , CLRA , shop & establishment , Employment Exchange etc)

5. can able to handle notices & inspections

6. PF and ESIC working and queries

7. Submission of labour welfare fund

8. Domestic Enquiry & Disciplinary Action

Vendor Management -

1. Vendor finalization

2. Manpower handling and budgeting

3. Outsource manpower position closure

4. Vendor Audit and compliance verification

5. Vendor invoices validation

6. Maintain manpower MIS
