Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical aspects of Dept. Of Microbiology.
- Microscopy work in Microbiology and Molecular Biology
- Implementation of Quality control procedures and setting up of monitoring processes of QC for accuracy of reports of samples tested and validation of technical report.
- Maintaining and improving TAT of reports.
- Validation of Molecular Biology, Bacteriology, Mycology & Mycobacteriology reports, Infectious Serology, monitor TAT and handle patient queries.
- Resolution of complaints.
- Guidance to the lab staff on technical issues in case of any query.
- Provide its guidance and professional expertise to the Lab
