Role & responsibilities

Holding strong relations with various Govt. & Local Authorities and other Statutory Authorities to obtain various NOCs.

Managing contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance at an organization, all while reducing financial risk.

Dealing with the expected performance and payment issues in compliance with the Contract.

Managing NOCs from various Government Departments.

Coordinating with the design & liaising architects for the finalization of the plans with respect to submission of the plan to the statutory authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in Real Estate Industry
