Role & responsibilities

• Convening and conducting of Board, Committee and Annual General Meetings.
• Preparation and filing of necessary forms / compliances with Registrar of Companies as required from time to time.
• Preparing Boards Report, Resolution, Notices, convening meetings and minutes of meeting (Board, committee and General meetings).
• Maintenance of all statutory records and registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
• Liaising with Statutory authorities and Auditors of the Company.
• Handling works relating to allotment, dematerialization, transfer and transmission of Shares.
• Advice to the Board/Management on Good Governance Practices and compliances.
• Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Reporting to: Chairman.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qual: ICSIcleared
• Atleast 1+ years experience working in a Company Secretarial area, fund administration or similar environment. in Hospital domain.
• Very good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team as well as on own initiative.
• The ability to keep clear and concise records and to add value to the Company Secretarial role.
• Good experience of writing concise and accurate minutes.
• Location:Pallikaranai.
