  • Drafting and preparing Agenda, Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings / General Meetings.
  • Preparation of Annual Report and other related documents for annual filings of all Group Companies.
  • Ensuring compliance of corporate laws, labour laws and other commercial laws and various allied applicable laws.
  • Registration / renewal with various regulatory authorities.

Experience : 3 - 5 years (Must be working in BSE or NSE listed Company)
