- Monitor and evaluate sales performance across zones within the cluster.

- Ensure successful execution of organizational sales campaigns and initiatives at the cluster level.
Task and Activities:
Cluster Strategy Development:
- Create annual and quarterly sales strategies tailored to the cluster's market dynamics.
- Define cluster-specific KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel heads to design promotional campaigns for the cluster.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Zonal Sales Managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with Zonal Sales Managers and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop training programs to address skill gaps and ensure team readiness for market challenges.
- Foster a high-performance culture through recognition and rewards programs.
Operational Execution:
- Oversee the implementation of sales strategies across zones within the cluster.
- Monitor sales team performance and ensure alignment with revenue and market share goals.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Zonal Sales Managers to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Develop cluster-level strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Address escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion and Growth:
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with channel heads to onboard new partners and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities impacting the cluster.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between the National Sales Head and Zonal Sales Managers.
- Develop the collaboration between marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution of sales strategies.
