Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Revenue Growth: Drive topline growth across product categories and business verticals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 450+ sales executives to maximize performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, expand retailer reach, and strengthen distribution channels.
- Retail & Distributor Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key retailers and trade partners.
- Sales Analytics & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution businesses.
- Education: MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Leadership & People Management: Strong ability to lead large teams and drive high performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing long-term sales plans and market expansion strategies.
- Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and CRM tools.
- Result-Oriented Approach: A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
