Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in IT services sales preferably in South India Region with a focus on driving business growth through Data/ Analytics/Cloud solutions sales, and catering to sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
- The ideal candidate will excel in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for IT services preferably in the South India region.
- Identify and engage potential clients and key decision-makers through networking and market research.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring long-term client success.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand and address their business needs.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Lead the creation of tailored proposals and RFP responses to pitch IT services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and emphasize business value.
- Stay updated on regional market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in IT services sales preferably within the South India region, with a strong network and understanding of the market dynamics.
- Proven expertise in Data/ Analytics/Cloud solutions, and selling IT services to sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
- Strong business development and sales acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to regional requirements.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience delivering proposals and business cases to senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs in a competitive market.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and leverage market trends for strategic decision-making.
