Senior Manager/ AVP - Capital Raise and Investor Relations

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives.
• Capital Raising: Lead efforts to raise debt and equity capital from institutional investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify funding opportunities and emerging trends.
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure financing deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to facilitate smooth fundraising processes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Develop and implement capital raising strategies to support the financial growth objectives of the firm.
• Identify potential investors, strategic partners, and funding sources to facilitate capital infusion.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare compelling pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models to present to potential investors.
• Negotiate terms, agreements, and investment structures to secure necessary funding for the firm.
• Monitor market trends, funding opportunities, and competitor activities to optimize capital raising initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align capital raising efforts with overall corporate goals and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards throughout the capital raising process.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital for media companies or related industries.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to assess investment opportunities and financial viability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate business strategies and investment propositions effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial markets, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks applicable to capital raising activities.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and proficiency in structuring investment deals and agreements.
• Experience in managing due diligence processes, deal execution, and post-closure activities.
