- Develop and manage processes, tools, and governance for treasury management.
- Design and execute hedging strategies for commodities and foreign exchange (FX).

- Ensure compliance with investment policies for surplus funds.
- Guide investment strategies for surplus funds in line with predefined policies.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, including institutional investors and banks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in Treasury and Investor Relations functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical skills for financial due diligence and investment evaluation.
- Proficiency in tools like SAP, MS Office, and Google Suite.
- Time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Educational Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA/PGDBM from a premier institution.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience (post-qualification).
- At least 5-8 years in Treasury and IR functions.
- Industry exposure in Automotive, Retail, or E-commerce.
