Assistant Manager Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate having good experience QC/QAin Automobile Manufacturing industry.

2. Must be worked in Injection Molding or Assembly line QA/QC experience.

3. Supplier Quality Management / Product quality Management / Continuous improvement

4. Internal audit & inspection (Conducting Product, Process and supplier audit)

5. Problem solving & Root cause analysis.

6. Maintain good relationship with Customers

7. Rejection control & Cost optimization.

8. Good knowledge in QMS / IATF 16949 / KAIZEN / 7 QC TOOLS / Drawing skill / ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

9. Good knowledge 3R & 5S standard

10. Good communication skill & Presentation skills.

11. Good System knowledge - SAP & MS Office - Excel, PPT

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or B.E/B.Tech with more than 10 years of experience QA/QC in automobile industry experience candidates are preferred.

Mother plant located at Chennai, Initial period of induction training will be at Chennai for short period of 3 months. Willing candidate can be apply.

PUNE Factory located at Mangrul, Maval taluk. Job Location at PUNE.
