Assistant Manager Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

• Raw material, Finished product analysis.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive quality standards aligned with industry regulations and company objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify potential quality issues.
• Monitor product quality at various stages of production, including raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Ensuring all the manufacturing processes are complying with ISO 9001:2015 & EMS 14001:2015.
• Knowledge of handling XRF Machines and comprehensive understanding of various analytical procedure and techniques as per outlined by ASTM.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues and resolving customer complaints.
• Regularly review and update quality standards based on new technologies and market demands.

Preferred candidate profile

MSc in Chemistry having 7 to 10 years of experience, strong in analysis.
