Job Description
- Build Dom Ventas business in a country across all retail segments for respective brand/category
- Coordinate team of managers and executives to execute business strategy across the respective geography
- Define the pricing strategy of a brand in the respective country
- Understand competition SKUs, pricing, and selection and determine our selection and marketing strategy
- Understand the pricing waterfall to optimize for lowest cost to the customer
- Create strategies/mechanisms to build a business in respective country
- Interact with marketplace teams to plan events/deals/promotions
- Manage profit and loss of the marketplace business by reviewing payments, returns, and marketing/promotional expenses
- Manager marketing on the marketplace in coordination with the marketing team
- Manage product listings, A+ content, and variations across multiple global marketplaces
- Review product detailed page for issues in pricing, ratings, delivery delays, competition marketing etc.
- Review and action on customer reviews and feedback
- Review and report stock levels to ensure consistent sales
- Develop strategies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance across platforms
- Manage and optimize marketplace ads to drive sales and visibility on different platforms
