Job Description
- Update order and stock status consistently to maintain accurate records
- Arrange and manage stock, perform inventory checks, and report stock levels
- Handle returns by updating inward stock, ensuring items are logged and organized correctly
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and restocking
- Address and resolve supplier issues
- Ensure resolution of queries related to delivery, returns, or refunds
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including GST, packaging norms, and platform policies
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field. Master s degree preferred
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms preferred not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
