Ecommerce Operations

• Manage product listings, A+ content, and variations across multiple global marketplaces.

• Manage product detailed page, and update pricing and stocks regularly.

• Review and action on customer reviews and feedback.

• Resolve buyer issues raised through buyer messages or escalations.

• Review and report stock levels to ensure consistent sales.

• Understand competition SKUs, pricing, and selection and determine our selection and sales strategy.

• Develop strategies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and overall platform sales performance.

• Manage and optimize marketplace ads to drive sales and visibility on different platforms.

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities in coordination with operations executives and warehouse teams.
