- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

- Prepare regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of key account initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field. Master s degree is preferred.
- Proven 2-3 year s experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
