Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, online marketplaces).
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online traffic and sales conversions.
• Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing to improve visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement online promotions, advertisements, and sales campaigns.
• Track and analyze website and product performance, reporting on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and sales trends.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock management.
• Handle customer service and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or product inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and competitor activities to ensure DNUTRIXIN remains competitive in the market.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM is a plus.
• Familiarity with order management systems and customer service platforms.
