We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join us. This is a senior role on the growing team and is focused on driving systems transformation and leading a growing team in Bangalore while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
Lead and mentor the Bangalore team, ensuring projects are aligned, on track, and moving forward
Collaborate closely with US leadership team and other global hubs to devise and implement solutions for People & Places Systems
Drive innovation initiatives, including the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies like generative AI
Design and scale solutions that reduce friction and improve efficiency in P&P systems
Serve as a key representative of the Work Innovation team to partners and key stakeholders in IT, People & Places, and the broader business
Transform insights into scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience across our digital platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with 3+ years leading teams
Strong track record implementing and managing HR/People systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and mentoring team members
Expert knowledge of HR systems architecture and integration
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working in global, matrix organizations
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant system certifications
Experience with HR analytics platforms and emerging technologies
Knowledge of data integration and visualization tools
Experience with various project management methodologies
