The Work Innovation team at Dolby is focused on transforming how we work and continually enhancing our digital employee experience through our systems, processes, and communications. We aim to innovate and evolve our systems, processes, and people to meet the moment of immense change, and opportunity, brought about by new technologies and business needs.
We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join us. This role focuses on data integration and analytics, ensuring our systems are well-connected and delivering actionable insights for better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Design and implement data integration solutions across core HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Eightfold, Microsoft)
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems
- Partner with People Analytics to enhance predictive capabilities in our data warehouse (One Model)
- Identify data gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and completeness
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize data collection and utilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR systems
- Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR analytics platforms (Eightfold, One Model)
- Programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience with Microsoft and workplace analytics
- Understanding of HR processes and talent management
