Position Title: HR Analyst Location: Bangalore Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager/Director of People Culture Career Level: CL04 Job Summary: The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by analyzing HR data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive the decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Management, Reporting Insights Collect, compile, and analyze HR data related to workforce trends, employee performance, turnover, and engagement. Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards to present insights on key metrics, including headcount, diversity, attrition, and training effectiveness. Develop insights on employee retention, productivity, and performance management outcomes. Support HR audits and compliance reporting as required. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR business partners and department leads to support HR projects and initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders to support decision-making. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
