Technical Program Analyst

Technical Program Analyst | MediBuddy

We are looking for a Technical Program Analyst to support and collaborate with Technical Program Managers in planning, managing, and evaluating technical programs, methods and processes. You will also be responsible for conducting process research, preparing reports and recommendations, analyzing data sets and systems, assisting with day-to-day program execution duties, tracking and evaluating operational and program performance and identifying and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and delivery of technical programs across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Manage Collaborate with cross functional teams of engineers, QA, and product managers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, establish priorities and drive accountability to ensure project milestones are met.

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, tracking progress, resolving challenges, and ensuring timely completion.

• Facilitate communication and transparency across teams, providing regular project updates and addressing any roadblocks or risks proactively.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and technical requirements.
  

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in technical program management, project management or similar roles, with a focus on delivering complex and large scale projects.

• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, system architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks in a fast paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
