Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SAAS environment, and a strong track record of managing complex technical projects. They will be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
- Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any
- Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical program management
- Experience working in a SAAS environment
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development and architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
