Non Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for CA, Marketing, and Sales roles through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc).
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Experience: experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably in CA, Marketing, or Sales hiring .
• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Prior experience hiring for Chartered Accountants, Marketing, or Sales roles .
• Familiarity with industry-specific job boards and professional networks.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
