This role will focus on hiring top talent forChartered Accountants (CA), Marketing, and Sales positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of industry trends, and the ability to identify and attract high-quality professionals.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for CA, Marketing, and Sales roles through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring progress. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.Requirements: Experience: [X] years of experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably inCA, Marketing, or Sales hiring. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
