About The Job:

Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a Sr Manager/Director - Media Planning & Engagement with a strong background in advertising agencies to streamline marketing efforts and develop an effective, channel-wise promotion strategy for ongoing campaigns and larger marketing initiatives.

This role will be instrumental in optimizing media investments, enhancing audience engagement, and driving measurable outcomes across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated media plans across digital, endemic, and traditional channels to maximize campaign performance.

- Channel-Wise Promotion Strategy: Identify the most effective platforms for HCP engagement, ensuring Doceree's marketing efforts are targeted and impactful.

- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee campaign planning, execution, and real-time optimization based on performance analytics and market trends.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth, Corporate Communications, and Centre of Excellence teams to align media strategies with business objectives.

- Agency & Partner Management: Lead relationships with media agencies, publishers, and third-party platforms to enhance Doceree's reach and engagement.

- Performance Analytics & ROI Measurement: Define KPIs, track media performance, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.

- Emerging Trends & Innovations: Stay ahead of industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Doceree's media strategies.

Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education:

- 10+ years of experience in media planning & engagement within an advertising agency or media firm, preferably handling healthcare or pharmaceutical clients.

- Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, digital marketing, and omnichannel media strategies.

- Proven ability to optimize media spend and drive data-driven campaign enhancements.

- Experience working with global markets (US, UK, EU, APAC, GCC preferred).

- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of media performance metrics and attribution models.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance in advertising is a plus.
