Purpose of the Job:
- Director - Email Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact email campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and convert prospects.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sequential email marketing strategies, a data-driven mindset, and a knack for crafting catchy, persuasive messaging that resonates with healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic email marketing plan to drive lead generation and engagement across Doceree's markets, with a strong focus on the US healthcare and pharma sectors.
- Create and optimize sequential email campaigns that effectively guide prospects through the marketing funnel-from awareness to conversion.
- Craft compelling, high-converting email copy that resonates with target audiences, ensuring strong open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Implement automation and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance and audience segmentation.
- Analyze and optimize email performance metrics, A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless user journey.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends, compliance regulations (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and best practices to ensure ethical and effective campaigns.
Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education:
- 8+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven expertise in sequential, drip, and lifecycle email campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft catchy, persuasive, and engaging email content.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e. , HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance in email marketing.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.
