Job Description
- Ensure compliance with DMSGs standards and regulations.
- Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and technical requirements, and communicate these to the proposal hub team in Mumbai.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure focused service delivery.
- Participate in conferences and technical events to promote DNV s service offerings.
- Deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and contract fees.
- Develop project execution plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee mobilization and demobilization of inspectors according to client requirements.
- Attend key kickoff meetings (KOM) and monthly review meetings with stakeholders.
- Review inspection reports and deliverables, and follow up on the closure of NCRs and concerns.
- Rate inspectors in ii2.
- Ensure timely submission of technical specifications and approvals on a weekly basis.
- Update monthly revenue forecasts and inspector utilization to the Mumbai Hub.
- Monitor contract profitability (PL) for each work order/assignment on a monthly basis.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on payments.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for each project on a quarterly basis.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, science) is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the inspection services.
- Strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events
