Role Overview:
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of researchers and scientists to drive the development of novel pharmaceutical products. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and guidance to the research and development team.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and targets.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of research projects, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
5. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensure effective communication and teamwork within the team.
6. Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. A minimum of a masters degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a pharmaceutical research and development environment.
3. Strong knowledge of drug discovery and development processes, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and good laboratory practice (GLP) standards.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
