Job Description
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Plan and run user research activities, synthesis findings to actionable insights and iterate based on user feedback, data and analytics.
- Translate business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Lead our design system and contribute with patterns and components.
- Evangelize UX best practices and the value of user-centered design across the organization.
- AI and Emerging technologies experiment with how AI and emerging experiments can be incorporated to enhance the user experience

- Bachelor s Degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Computer Development, Software Development or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Experience with managing design systems
- Advanced Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition)
- Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Innovative and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to independently manage projects while collaborating across teams
- This role could possibly evolve to research as well - hence any such experience will be good to have.
