DNEG is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our companys Senior Management.
Executive Assistants responsibilities include Secretarial functions, Office Administration, Project
Management, Administration and Internal & External communications for the Organization.
Ultimately, the person will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
Requirements and skills:
• Minimum 10 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office skill
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendar, G-suite, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelors’ degree
• Experience of managing coordination outside India would be an advantage.
