The Learning Operations Analyst is based in Coimbatore and is responsible for providing the Learning & Development HR C enter of Excellence support to all areas of the learning operations including the l earning management system (LMS) program administration in Workday Learning . This includes collaborating with the enterprise learning program manager and business learning leads to ensure successful development, deployment, and reporting of learning programs in Workday Learning.
Reporting to the HR Global Shared Services Leader with accountability to the Global Talent, Learning, & Organizational Effectiveness Leader, t his role is primarily focused on learning administration, course program setup, reporting, and learning utilization analytics to build out the foundational learning programs to scale across Hillenbrand.
W ork You Will Do :
A s the primary l earning m anagement s ystem (LMS) a dministrator , this role is responsible for managing the Workday Learning platform for Hillenbrand. Expectations include:
System Management : The LMS Administrator is responsible for the overall system management, including system setup, user registration, course uploads, and system customization to meet the organizations needs.
User Support : They provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system navigation and course completion.
User Training : They may also be responsible for training local learning partners on how to use the system effectively.
Reporting : They generate reports on system usage, course completion, and user progress.
Content Management : They work closely with content creators to upload and manage course materials and create basic e-learning content.
System Updates and Maintenance : They ensure the LMS software is up-to-date and functioning properly, including responsible for testing new features and system upgrades in partnership with Hillenbrand s Workday support team.
Maintain Vendor Integration : Quarterly review to maintain current and future vendor integrated content (LinkedIn Learning, LRN ) to ensure quality and evaluate effectiveness.
Policy and Compliance : They ensure the LMS meets data privacy and compliance standards and delivers compliance training commitments.
Basic Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in HR, Instructional Design or Educational Technology, Business, or certifications in areas like learning administration, instructional design, e-learning development, or training facilitation
2 -4 years of experience as a learning administrator in Workday Learning specifically
Strong knowledge of and experience with Workday Learning Management System (LMS) administration, programming, and reporting.
Strong project management discipline with ability to disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated focus on optimizing user experience with learning technology .
