Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
