Requirements
A bachelor s degree in Education, Quality Management, Instructional Design, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the education, e-learning, or training sectors.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in educational content.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and best practices, including experience with QA tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback.
