Requirements
A bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electric vehicle engineering, including hands-on experience with EV systems, components, and diagnostics.
Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical field, preferably in electric vehicles or automotive engineering.
Deep technical knowledge of electric vehicle powertrains, battery management systems, electric motors, charging infrastructure, and safety protocols.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an engaging and understandable way.
Ability to create comprehensive and engaging educational materials that enhance learning outcomes.
Experience with simulation tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical software related to electric vehicles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
