Requirements
A bachelor s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on EV technology, vehicle dynamics, or autonomous vehicle systems.
Proven experience in developing educational content and delivering training, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicles, including powertrains, battery systems, and autonomous driving technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced educational environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructors, curriculum developers, and industry partners.
Experience with simulation tools, diagnostic equipment, and other technical software relevant to automotive engineering.
