Solid knowledge on CMDB Service Mapping. Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery IRE modules. Experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Orchestration, CMDB and Asset Management. Implements the governance, policy, and direction of the CMDB Works closely with the CMDB Governance, Asset Management, Application and ITSM teams Works with the Discovery administrator to ensure accurate data representation in the CMDB Works with owners of data sources that are used to populate the CMDB Works with the CMDB Health Dashboard to ensure data quality and resolve issues Maintains and operates the ServiceNow ITOM based products (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management) Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports supporting CMDB Metrics and KPIs Experience with ServiceNow CMDB design, architecture and implementations Hands on with ServiceNow integrations to AWS APIs, Azure, VMware, Puppet/Chef/Ansible, Containers/Docker, integration automation expertise with 3rd parties. Knowledge of various discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, DDMA/UD, etc.) Knowledge of various service modelling techniques (TPL, TQL, etc.) Experience integrating ServiceNow with various event management platforms (Netcool, HPOM, BPPM, etc). Desire IT Ops experience in storage, network and compute of enterprise environments
Minimum Qualifications B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record Total Experience in ServiceNow development- 4 Years. 3 years experience with ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMP, Integration Hub, IRE) Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools Experience working within Agile delivery methodology
Preferred Certifications: ITIL V4 foundation certification ServiceNow Sys Admin, Discovery Service Mapping, event management
