- You are familiar with ServiceNow's development framework, including its database structure, scripting capabilities, and customization options
- ServiceNow modules: You have knowledge of various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- You can customize and configure these modules to meet specific business requirements
- Workflow automation: You design and implement workflows using ServiceNow's Workflow Editor to automate business processes
- This involves mapping out process flows, defining approvals, and integrating with external systems if necessary
- ServiceNow integration: You have experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, monitoring tools, or external APIs
