Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the digital workplace transformation, aligning it with the organizations overall strategy and goals.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital workplace projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT, HR, and business units, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, including training and support for employees.
