Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. - Serve as a Product Owner, driving the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of product features. - Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business objectives. - Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions. - Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring stakeholder alignment. - Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on user feedback and market trends. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on product ownership. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to create wireframes, process flows, and other visual documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: - different Domain expertise. Certification in Scrum (CSPO, CSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA). - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
