Business Analyst - PMI Certified (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Process & Data Analysis : Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement, gather data, and generate reports.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment.

- Project Management : Lead or participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

- Solution Design : Support the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions, including user training.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

- Experience : 5+ years in business analysis, with experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, project management tools (Jira, Trello), and SDLC methodologies.

- Analytical & Communication Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Capital Market/Stocking/Broking

- Familiarity with BPM tools and business intelligence platforms.
