Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for development and execution of innovative branded content solutions across platforms, aligning client objectives with brand identity for the adsales team across WBD Networks. Driving ideation, production, and delivery of engaging content, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners while ensuring creative excellence and commercial impact.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Ad Sales Clients : Partner with clients to conceptualize and deliver innovative creative solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

Content Creation and Delivery : Lead the ideation, scripting, production, and delivery of both short-form and long-form branded content, including advertiser integrations across various channels.

Foster Innovation : Cultivate a culture of creativity and insight, challenging conventional approaches while maintaining the integrity of commercial and brand objectives.

Review and Align Creative Briefs : Analyze client briefs to develop compelling concepts that meet their communication goals while aligning with Discovery's brand identity and strategic positioning.

Ideation for Branded Content : Develop and pitch innovative branded content concepts, including creating new IPs and Advertiser Funded Programming (AFPs), leveraging a deep understanding of partner brands.

Vendor and Production Management : Coordinate with external vendors, such as producers, graphic designers, studios, and VO artists, to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including product heads, to ensure all branded content solutions align with overarching brand guidelines and positioning.

Job Essentials:

• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in production and creative roles. Preferably within a creative or advertising agency, broadcast, digital media, or a similar creative environment.
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
• Deep knowledge of entire end to end production process
