AGM/Senior Manager - Erection of Steel Structure - Railway Project

Job Summary: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the erection of steel structures for a railway project. This role involves managing the project team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the erection of steel structures for the railway project.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Manage and mentor the project team, including Assistant Managers, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
• Ensure quality control and assurance procedures are followed.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the erection of steel structures, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of railway project standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
